Greetings,

Due to many requests I've released the source code for unpacker and extractor tools. Use it AS IS, it was written 5+ years ago and probably contains some bugs or 'smell' code ;) The archive also contains a couple of researched formats descriptions for LOTRO unpacked files.

Unpacker now requires .Net 4.0 framework. Also fixed minor bug in detection jpg extension for some Rise Of Isengard expansion maps.
